This 2009 season will be no different as several local West Michigan kids are a part of the Bulldogs' roster. Included among those local student-athletes are: Reed City High School's Dana Ruttle, Morley Stanwood High School's Ashley Huntey and White Cloud High School's Paige Wyers (one of the Bulldogs' newest additions).
Just beyond that "local" region are several Grand Rapids-area student-athletes, including Cedar Springs' Katie Edwards (pictured), Grand Rapids Central High School's Arielle Goodson, Grand Rapids Northview High School's Anne Sutton as well as Alma High School grads Sarah Lark and Aly Brecht.
It's great to not only see local kids making it to the college level, but also finding a home right here at Ferris State University.
