This week brings homecoming festivities to Ferris State University as the University of Findlay Oilers come to town.
The Oilers have had a challenging season with losses to Tusculum (16-3), Northern Michigan (49-10), Grand Valley State (35-7) and last week to Indianapolis (20-3). The team's lone win was 10-7 over Tiffin University).
NOTES: Jason DaDay and I (Sandy Gholston) will be calling the game on the radio on WYBR 102.3 FM ... We're at the stadium right now and the weather is spectacular ... I had a chance to talk to a few alumni in the parking lot doing some tailgating ... This is homecoming weekend at Ferris State University ... Last season, Ferris suffered a painful 43-7 loss to the Oilers in Ohio.
