FACILITY: Jack Britt Memorial Stadium (2,500 capacity) - Painesville, Ohio
DATE: Saturday, Oct. 2
GAME TIME: 1 p.m.

This is an interesting opponent for the Bulldogs because it is really challenging to get a good read on Lake Erie as a team and as a program.
This season, so far, has been a roller-coaster ride for the Storm as they dropped a tough 26-20 decision to Gannon University. But, in consecutive weeks, LEC was beaten soundly by Michigan Tech (42-13) and Saginaw Valley State (49-17). Last week, however, the Storm opened some eyes with a narrow 42-37 loss at 12th-ranked Hillsdale College.
NOTES: Rob Bentley and I (Sandy Gholston) will be calling the game on the radio on WYBR 102.3 FM ... We're at the stadium right now and it has been raining steady all morning and the radar doesn't show much sign of the weather letting up ... This is homecoming weekend at Lake Erie College ... Jack Britt Memorial Stadium features a brand-new ProGrass MondoTurf artificial playing surface that had a price tag of $650,000 ... LEC quarterback Sean Bedevelsky, a dual threat from the position, has amassed 1,075 yards rushing, but also is a solid threat in the passing game.
