HOCKEY: Ferris Returns A Strong Group Of Defenders This Season

Ferris State University should be strong on defense this season led by All-American candidate Zach Redmond.

In addition to Redmond, the Bulldogs return with talented players such as Brett Wysopal, Chad Billins, Scott Wietecha and others. Ferris' group of defenders will play a key role in protecting the netminders and set the stage for greater success for the forwards to have better opportunities to put points on the scoreboard.

Ferris should be very stingy as far as allowing points this season.
