Chris Wilson's Chasing The Dream Part 10: Family Matters

Ferris State University students come from all walks of life and each one has a unique set of goals, dreams, talents and challenges they juggle on the path to adulthood and a career.

Chris Wilson, a student-athlete who is a member of Ferris' football program and soon to be a graduate of the Television and Digital Media Production program, is one of our students.

In this, the 10th part of a continuing series, Wilson is joined by his cousin, Ira Childress. Ira is a former Ferris football player, a former employee of the University and a graduate of Ferris now working with the NCAA. In this video, Ira talks about how he helped Chris along the path, but also how he let Chris grow on his own upon his arrival at Ferris. The two talk about their strong family bond that endures through thick and thin.
