MEN'S BASKETBALL: This Is A Big Stretch For Ferris State Coming Up

Ferris State University's men's basketball team has an important stretch of games coming up this weekend against regional opponents.

Now, these games may not seem like a big deal now, but they could be (and likely will be) by the end of the season. Monday, Ferris hosts St. Joseph's College, Saturday it hosts Lewis and then it travels to Owensboro, Ky. for two more regional contests against Drury University (Nov. 26) and Kentucky Wesleyan College (Nov. 27).

That is a rough stretch of games within a two-week period. The Bulldogs, being led this season by a new-and-improved Daniel Sutherlin (pictured) among others, need to do well in these games to beef up its regional resume for tournament time (even though that seems a long time from now).
