SOFTBALL: Bulldogs Schedule Make-Up Games With Lake State

Ferris State University is still hoping to make up the second half of its four-game "home" series with Lake Superior State University this Friday, but the big question is: Where will the series be played?

The first four games of the series originally were scheduled to be played in Big Rapids, at the FSU Softball Field, but were moved to Rockford High School due to unplayable field conditions. Ferris swept the first two games of the series, on Saturday, only to have snow wipe out the second two games of the series, on Sunday.

Head coach Keri Becker was determined to finally get her team some action on the diamond at home and opted to move the games to Rockford. Ferris nearly got all four in before the weather put a stop to the action.

This Friday's first game is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. while game two is set for approximately 5:30 p.m., following the conclusion of the opener.
